Our Annual ST. Francis Xavier Feast/ Children’s Christmas Party is coming up December 4^th 2011 at Ascension Parish at 2:00 PM.

This year we have decided to open this celebration to all our members and non members who would like to share with us the Feast day of our Patron Saint of Goa. There will be a Children’s Christmas party following the Mass in the hall downstairs. Please come and join us for some fun and entertainment not to mention the various Food Stalls that will be setup for your authentic tasting!  Fr. Roque and Fr. Jack will be our main celebrants for this Mass. Also joining them will be; Fr.Nelson, Fr. Avinash, Fr. Hospet, Fr. Newton and Fr.Alfredo.

Due to Fire regulations, we have to control the total amount of people who can be accommodated downstairs so please call in and register your names and also your Children’s names for the gift if they are Below 12 yrs . There is no entry fee for members or non-members so feel free to come and enjoy the evening with us. Bar will be open as usual and  you can buy your own meals from the stalls or special Christmas Goodies being sold in the stalls, including Goa Sausages, Pickles, Sorpotel, Bebinca, Samosas , Masala Dosa etc. If anyone out there wants to sell anything else, please contact the committee as soon as possible.

As of November 22nd we have 200 people registered and we will close at 250. So if you have not registered as yet please do so immediately or we reserve the right to refuse entry at the last minute because of fire regulations.

Lastly, during the Christmas Party, tickets for the New Years Eve Dance will be available for purchase at the cost of $40 for youth/Patrons, $45 for Members and $55 for Non-Members. Please reserve your tickets before so you can collect them at the St. Francis Xavier Feast. Any parents needing Baby-sitting, please contact the Committee.
