Young Families Beach Day: the Perfect "Sandy" GAC Staycation

Our young families committee is brimming with joy, and perhaps a little suntan lol for all the young families who attended our first ever Beach Day at Mahogany Beach on Saturday August 24th! A special thank you goes out to our GAC president Vicki D'Souza for helping make this possible.

A huge thank-you to every family who came out for our Young Families Beach Day. You brought towels, buckets, and the best energy—and the kids brought enough enthusiasm to power a small lighthouse. It was exactly what we hoped for: a day of fun in the sand for kiddos and parents without leaving Calgary. Call it the perfect GAC staycation.
