Thank You for a Day of Nature, Friendship, and Fun!

On Sunday, June 8, families from the GAC community came together for a joyful and scenic day at Elbow Falls. With kids as young as 3.5 years old in tow, we explored trails, waded near the river’s edge, and embraced the beauty of Alberta’s landscape together.

What made the day truly special wasn’t just the view—it was the laughter of children making new friends, the warmth of shared snacks at the picnic, and the sense of connection that grew with every step on the trail. It was a reminder that building community can be as simple and powerful as walking together in nature.
